Frosty cabbage

Its a beautiful day today but with a sharp frost - everywhere looks glittery and I was up and out early to catch a bit of it.

Its an early post for me as we are off to the cinema to see Quartet, a film about the elderly in a Retirement Home (smacks of Marigold Hotel) and with a star studded cast, particularly the one and only Maggie Smith, who I think is great. We saw Dustin Hoffman (Director), Billy C and Jennifer Saunders talking about the film on the Graham Norton Show a couple of weeks' ago; it sounds hilarious and we thought we would be well at home in the audience, what with T with his stereo hearing aids and us both with white hair, specs and the odd cardigan or two - but we are most definitely not ready for a retirement Home just yet - but who knows the film could tempt us ........ doubt it!! and poor T, I know he would have preferred to be going to see Skyfall -we'll go next week as the showings today are late and I have to go to work tomorrow.

I couldn't make up my mind whether to post the cabbage with frostbite or this the sparkly teazles.
