Accrington.

Since our bank moved, we have to go to Accrington to do banking, so that is why we went there this morning.  I noticed along the journey the canal was frozen in parts where the sun was not shining, but no frost. Still, there is a very cold wind.
The centre of Accrington is surviving but not exactly thriving. M&S left a few years ago and that site is now a huge Poundland. There are many charity shops and bakeries, and a good market three times a week.
