I can't remember when I bought my walking boots, it's certainly at least two years ago, maybe three. They have more than a few miles on the clock so I thought I'd treat myself to a new pair in the sales. The first two shops I tried had a very poor selection but the third had plenty of choice. I asked the assistant for 5 pairs to try on, but none of them felt right. After rejecting them all, I decided to stick to what I know & bought a new pair of my existing boots.
