We are flying to Belfast to visit H and R soon so have had a quick video call with Henry to confirm plans.

Yet another early death. This time a wonderful volunteer who has done so much for Alzheimer's Support, recently won an award and was vital in the set up of our Warminster Club. One of the loveliest men I have ever met. Truely very sad indeed.

And an email from a cousin to tell me her brother has just been diagnosed with dementia at 68. Their parents both lived into their 90s and did not have dementia.  My mum was diagnosed at 75 but we knew (or suspected) she had it before then.
