Happy Birthday to my darling husband Gary !!

I don’t bake much. I experimented with a Negroni cake - orange & gin in the cake, Campari in the buttercream and had fun making the numbers in chocolate.

Looks good, tastes alcoholic but I just cannot make a light fluffy sponge !
