Boiler service

today and that meant no heating this afternoon, and it was a bit cold. So my lovely hubby light the stove to warm up the sitting room for me when I got back from walking the pup.
I realised it was on when I looked out the bedroom window and noticed the smoke out the chimney.
I can never understand why it takes the service guy over four hours to do the service, everyone I ask say their guy takes about an hour.
The pup and daughters Jack are getting on better now, so hopefully heading for a peaceful Christmas.
