Old Man's Beard

Clematis. To be seen scrambling along hedgerows at this time of year. The small display I came across while walking along the Tarka Trail, by the river Taw this morning. A chilly but dry start to the day, and a very  pleasant walk which culminated at the Station Cafe  where I had a welcome hot chocolate ;-)
