A few former colleagues were reminiscing about the UK presidency of the EU from 2005, comparing branded bits and pieces from the 6 month period. I was able to go one better and produce this vintage piece from the previous rotation in 1998 - planning for the 1998 Presidency was my very first job in the Scottish Office, in the tiny European Affairs team in 1997.
