Sun-kissed II

Looked out of the bedroom window just before getting up and saw the remains of the birch leaves glowing so rushed for the camera and managed to capture them before the sun (see extra) rose too far.
A housework morning, MOnday group and shopping and a run with the ladies in the woods. 
Bitterly cold (several degrees minus in the open bits) but still and starry, you get back feeling really alive.
My legs were much better than expected though I couldn't have done the longer run offered by the club.
