A cold crisp day of blue skies and sunshine, and a long bus journey to Cambridge, via Ely, to meet up with the lovely Plz and Babrecila. After posing for the official blipmeet photos on Christ’s Pieces, we headed to the M&S cafe for my first mince pie of the season (see extra 4). From the café, there were lovely views over the market to Great St Mary’s Church (see extra 2).

Before we knew it, a fun two hours had whistled by so we said our goodbyes and went our separate ways. Before catching the bus home, I had just enough time to pick up a couple of Christmas presents in a bookshop I discovered in a quiet little corner of Cambridge (see extra 1), and grab a quick blip of Christ’s College, looking great against that blue sky (see extra 3). On the journey home, there was the most beautiful sunset, but sadly the bus windows were too filthy to take any pics! A lovely day, thank you ladies...
