Just Looking

There's lots to see in winter if you care to look. The kids have developed an enthusiasm for bird life following the purchase of a bird feeder at Christmas. We've been watching them together from the window and the children are enjoying identifying the different species.

It was crisp today with the temperature not getting much above freezing and ground frost remaining in many places. But it didn't stop us enjoying an hour's adventure in our local country park. There were birds to see, and some improvements to the visitor centre, including a new play park... My boy pictured here exploring its innovative features.
