Cum grano salis

With a grain of salt (guess a few years of Latin paid off)... Perhaps I would have more luck shaking this then the feelings that remain. I remember a good friend saying maybe to take a couple weeks off! Well it's been months now and somehow I just can't shake it, good or bad it's reality.
