Trying a new recipe

I visited the hairdresser on Friday. After years of having a hairdresser come to the house, I now enjoy two hours in a salon drinking tea and reading a magazine. I saw this recipe which I thought would be tasty, so took a photo (rather than tearing the page out of the magazine) and made it for dinner today.

Very tasty but quite a faff - chopping and slicing !!
