Happy Anniversary

It was mum and dad’s 62nd wedding anniversary on Saturday. We started the day with a bop in the house to some Showwaddywaddy and then headed out to good old M&S for a coffee as Dad loves their praline and cream latte.

Luckily Leo’s footie had been cancelled so we escaped that cold and wet couple of hours for the warmth of a good coffee instead.  We are piling up to be played matches at an alarming rate an I have no idea when  we are going to fit all those in.  We can’t even catch up in evenings as it is dark now, unless the main club let us play on their floodlit pitch rather than our kids boggy one. They don’t like doing that so we only get in in an emergency.

Exeter played in the afternoon - a boring 0-0 against Cheltenham but at least that was dry and we even got a bit of weak sunshine.
