There's a gate there somewhere!

Didn't sleep well last night so overslept this morning!  Another mainly dull day although brighter this afternoon.  Went for a walk down the lane this morning, saw the wagtail (extra) on top of the football clubhouse.  Further along the machines had been cutting back the hedges which allowed me to see this gate, unfortunately not able to get a shot without the branches.
Went out to lunch with friends to celebrate one of their birthdays.  Great time and more food!  The Thames looked fabulous as I drove back, the water so calm and lovely light, had a car full of people so couldn't stop
