Technical Difficulties
There was some lovely light today, so I went out for my Blip and found I had no battery left (I'd left it on since yesterday). But that is a minor problem compared to our wonderful new metro system. It has been noticed that there is no mobile phone reception on the line. This is annoying to passangers but a real problem because the ticket inspectors use mobile phone tech to check tickets. We have open platforms here and no staff, this means free rides on the new line until some major change happens. Strange that this isn't making headlines - it was on page 6 of the Metro paper.
