Trip out

To Calke Abbey, a National Trust property about forty minutes drive away. We go out often to see the deer and walk in the grounds but it is even better at this time of year as they allow dogs into the gardens. The green houses were almost done as far as flowers are concerned but still a little bit of colour and I just loved this plant although I have no idea what it is.
The pup seemed to enjoy herself as there were lots of dogs around, and a few squirrels.
Meeting up with friends for a meal out tonight, really looking forward to seeing them.
