The floating landscape

Today's blip is like a landscape reflected. The idea was to capture a body with lighting that would show contours and the details in the back and spine without showing TOO much. We wanted the lighting to show up all the little curves and indentations the spine makes in the back. It was also wonderful moment when we flipped the portrait on its side and the symmetry was highlighted.
We suddenly had captured a serenity and floating aspect I hadn't considered.

My wife Charlotte is a professional dance practitioner and her body helped me quite a lot in getting this pic. She does end up doing some daft things in the name of my photography.

I hope this doesn't offend anyone under the Blipfoto terms of conduct. I see art and a beautiful body....I hope you do too. X
