Cirque du Soleil

The Reagan Presidential Library is four-miles from our home. Donald Trump Jr. just got a standing ovation for a talk there defending his father. I DON'T GET IT.

After watching every minute of the impeachment proceedings this week, I have been left with the facts that Trump bribed Ukraine: Trump conditioned aid to an ally in a war for its sovereignty on production of dirt to smear a political rival.  But what's worse is that this is how Trump operates in every area of government: wheeling and dealing, threatening, malicious, disregard for the law, dismissive of the national interest, trampling on professionalism and integrity, small-minded,  valueless, manipulative, untruthful self dealing.

But back to his son. He showed great mental limberness and ethical elasticity. He and his troupe are the Cirque du Soleil of excuse makers.
