Healing, Shinrinyoku, the Sion Castle and Letná

I can’t go where people gather now but I can attempt to get closer to my healing in the nature. Despite my stomach problems and dizziness I experience when bending down to take pics from the forest floor I feel very happy and close to my soul in the forest. Today though my happy thoughts were frequently with the demonstrators at Letna in Prague.
