Homemade sourdough toast, mashed avocado and a poached egg ( with eggs from my friend’s chicken).

We went to a quiz last night- it was held in the village and was organised by my friend’s daughter who is training to be a midwife. She is hoping to go to the Philippines when she qualifies at the end of the year to work in a hospital. A good evening was had by all. My major contribution to the team was for my knowledge of Kajagoogoo’s song, Too Shy. ....
