Autumn Heading Into Winter

It was cold out there today.  

I had hoped that a walk would help out with a nagging hip/back problem and it did.  This aging lark has not been well thought out.  I want less problems as I get older.

Other than that I pootled around the house and listened to regular outbreaks of Katzenterror.  Nisha doesn't understand the concept of leaving somecat alone.  It gets quite wearing.  And Nisha must have deserved that scratch across her nose though - Munni has never scratched me in all the years we've been together.  She's still very young though, she'll calm down.
