Storm Front

Sometimes when you are out walking in the hills you see a weather front approaching and realise that you are in for a soaking, or worse, in the reasonably near future.  This morning the local hill looked like very dramatic, as you can see.  , Fortunately what you are seeing  was the trailing edge of the weather front, not the leading edge.  We were saying goodbye to those clouds and not hello.  So for the  next hour or so Cathy and I enjoyed a very pleasant walk in November sunshine, and I got a suitably dramatic mono landscape shot for my blip.  :-)
