Just like deja vu....

....all over again. Last time Constitution St was closed it was to repair the road surface after all the damage that the tramline preparation had done. Now they're starting again. It'll only be closed for about.....eighteen months, apparently. Think I read somewhere that they're going to remove Rabbie and his plinth for the duration.....
