Christmas temptations

Another friend, Brenda, is visiting HK we got to have lunch and again catch up on each other’s lives over the last few years/months.

I then caught a ferry into town and met up with Martin as we had an appointment to see the oncologist who had very good news for us. The pathology report from the surgery showed that they got ALL the cancer and the sentinel node was completely clear. Yay!

So they’ll schedule me for radiation next month and they’ve put me on Tamoxifen for the next 5 years.

So all good and we are delighted with the news.

We did see some of the protestors and some roads barricaded off. The situation in Hong Kong is quite desperate and everyone is talking about it as the Education Board has shut schools/universities etc. for the week.

These goodies have arrived in the supermarket and no doubt will be flying off the shelves soon. I know GadgetKid will appreciate the Ferroro Rochers.
