Very unpleasant restaurant

Ended up in pizza place with friend for lunch in Combourg.
This was his banana split which he enjoyed. I’m not keen on pizzas anyway and left half.
Became unpleasant when found toilet was nonexistent on the ground floor and I couldn’t tackle the twisting old stairs to upstairs toilet. Owner said no laws about accessible toilets and I should ask on entering a restaurant . Said public toilet past bar further down road. Not so but kind bar woman told me to use hers.
Looked it up and laws re this date from 2015. Will have to find energy to report this.
