Afternoon Stroll

A morning spent viewing properties.  One was rather dismal but the other ticked a lot of boxes.  Ruth, who came with me, was very keen and my initial response of considered optimism soon became a sense of having found somewhere that would work for us.  Three bedrooms meaning that Jamie and I could have a spare room .... for Ruth when she visits :-)

Down to earth with a bump late afternoon - an hour after we viewed someone offered the asking price and the place was sold.  However, the agent pointed us to another local agent and a similar property that will soon be available.  Watch this space.

Between all this we had a long afternoon wander to the beach and along the prom.  Cold winter sunshine.  Lovely.   Then this evening a staff meal at Kings Cafe at Wharf Station.  A fun evening with folk I have and will work with and a chance to get to know someone local who has first hand experience of some of the specialist services that Jamie will benefit from.
