Butterflies!

My first evening giving Reiki treatments for the National Autistic Society's  local Helping Hands group.I had the use of a lovely room and within a few minutes had it set up with an essential oil diffuser, relaxing background music, portable treatment bed and candles. I had the help of my lovely assistant G, my ever supportive husband! The butterflies subsided when I began the treatments. Not a great photo, but a great evening!
