Flower of the White Bird of Paradise

The white bird of Paradise is not as colorful as more commonly photographed orange and yellow flower. But I loved this shot showing the sap seeping out almost like a tear! This flower is part of a tree that currently is about 6 foot tall. Our other Bird of Paradise tree is over 25 feet tall. Not as easy to keep trimmed!
