Not green yet

Yah !  It's rained..............

There is a sprig of green on the grass, at my townhouse.  Hopefully, the weekend rain, turns the sprig, into a carpet.

Spent the day, tackling the carnosine episode, of the Ups and Downs of insulin resistance. Pretty much wrote and read all day, with a brief interlude in the late afternoon, for STEP.

NOTE :  I decided to send a re-run (the gravitostat), to my list, to keep, with the bone theme and keep me sane, during birthday week.
