Ch******s is coming

First of all a huge thank you for your response to yesterday's.  I'm intending to thank you all individually but just wanted to say here how much I appreciate your so lovely comments and the hearts and stars.  The launch went brilliantly, many kind things were said to my sis and a lot of books were sold.  The manager of the bookshop (P&G Wells, in College Street) was a star and the publisher, Pete, just a lovely man.

It was an early evening event, but I have to confess I've felt tired today, with little excuse.  So no walking, but thank goodness for the bus.

Last night, as we were socialising away from the main drag, the city's Christmas lights were switched on with much money- merry-making.  Today I went round to see how the build of the Christmas Market was advancing (it opens next week).  That's where I found this little cutie.  I guess if he's started hanging around, it really must be time to empty the debit card get into the Christmas spirit.
