Overjoyed

.. I was with happiness when hit the Find button few seconds before Goldfrapp tickets went on general sale this morning at 10am!
I got quickly into system and bought 2 tickets, so lucky!
The gig is in the end of March next year though but something amazing to look forward too ... I love Alison Goldfrapp and her amazing voice :P

I'm having some guests tomorrow evening and I decided to cook Italian mostly. 
So today, ahead of time and to save time tomorrow, I'm preparing chicken lasagne for the kids and I did a dessert as well.
I was looking for something rather light and healthy and came across recipe from Matka Polka in UK again. 
It's simple chocolate tartlet, its vegan and full of flavours.
I haven't photographed it as its setting in the fridge now but I have something else.

I had loads of that chocolate sauce left and I poured it in vodka shots glasses, filled up firstly with some of Ciccolato Bianco Also Zafferano (from my kind Italian neighbour next door Laura).
They will be ready tomorrow when all that goodness of coconut and chocolate sets.
