lemon possets

It’s been raining all day and the road in front of our house is flooded - it’s like living next to a river. Good job the house is up 4 large steps. The water is slowly creeping up the driveway. I’ve been working on cushions today so not much chance to take any photos. So here is tonight’s pudding (or dessert if you prefer) - a set of 4 delicious lemon possets that I made this morning.
