Generation game

My old man has been going to see Charlton Athletic since the '50s. He's been taking me since the '80s, and in the last few years has started taking my nephew too.

One of his earliest memories was watching the great Blackpool side of '56 come to the valley, featuring Jimmy Armfield and Sir Stanley Matthews. I gave him a programme from that match last year and promised to take him to see the modern Blackpool team this season. So here he is, with his grandson, shortly before kick-off.
