Sorry but back blip from last nights walk.
Bit incapacitated so that’s the reason for the bb. 
Had a bit of a sore knee last night but didn’t think anything of it until about 2am this morning. Agony and bit swollen, never had any problem with it apart from coming off my bike long time ago. So good lady wife said RICE & I went ??
Rest-ice-compressive bandage-elevated. So that’s what I’m doing, said it could be an arthritic flare. Well that’s all my disco dancing & doing the twist in my younger days to blame.
