Here's looking at you ....

A lazy start to Saturday, cold and bright weather, snow in Halkyn apparently, if we can believe Twitter!

Had a nice chat on the phone with our daughter.

MrD modified the old skirting board for upstairs and we both had a bit of a challenge of how to get it upstairs, eventually one of us outside lifting the wood through the bedroom window whilst the other one worked out the best angle to get it into position without scraping the newly painted walls! We won, eventually!

I spent an hour or so moving pots around in the garden and found this little cyclamen which I'd bought in November, it is bravely flowering whilst the Smiley Stone looks on with amusement ....

Phoned my friend M to wish her a happy birthday. There was a beautiful sunset this afternoon but I've over-dosed on sky shots recently.
