While the poodles are away....

Pixie and Sprite at the groomers this morning so Merlin and Mystic had me to themselves and we went to the Leisure Centre for the first time in ages. Merlin was a bit puzzled at the lack of ball throwing but in view of his recent trouble with his front leg I had decided it was not a good idea for him to do the running and turning that involves so we just walked around the field. He did run, of course, but just back and forth not chasing anything. No sign of lameness when we got home thank goodness. When I collected the 'double trouble' (as Karine the groomer calls them) I left the car there while we walked to the Leisure Centre again - where we did play ball as Merlin and Mystic weren't with us. It was a lovely day after yesterday's miserable one, but the forecast for tomorrow is for more rain.
