Coaching

Two day course being coached in how to be a coach. I have to say the coaching style does not come naturally - the instructing/teaching instinct is very deeply ingrained - so I really struggle to let trainees find things out for themselves! However, I think I am getting better - and at least where Paddlesport is concerned there are less time constraints so I can let things work out slowly.
