Art Installation

I got a bit stuck on a technical issue this morning, nothing actually difficult but still managed to fox me for a couple of hours. So I needed some air. 
A quick walk through town to clear my head in the sunshine was just the tonic. 

I cut back through St John's and saw this carefully placed trolley. I'm sure it must be an art installation as I cannot believe the good students of St John's would just dump it.
