If only...
I'm training for the Brighton Marathon at the moment so am putting in serious hours of running. I'm hoping to find inspiration in this book. I've been doing a yoga for runners class which has been brilliant, and this book advocates an approach which builds on disciplines such as yoga, pilates and t'ai chi.
I don't think I'll ever find running effortless but if I could avoid any injuries in my training I'll be very happy.
