Voyage up the Rhône

My plan for today was to invest in some proper red wine, now that all the Christmas hooch has drained away. I did think of buying Malbec - and then thought, no: all this sabre-rattling from the Argentinians about the Falklands.

So I reverted to Plan A - when in doubt, always buy French wine.

And here it is: Côtes du Rhône ...
