Beach fun

It was a low tide at Portie this morning so arrived early to take Kilda for an hours walk and ball chase. J’s old school friend was in town for her husbands’ work do last night so they popped over for a cup of coffee before heading back to Penrith. Spent the afternoon making soup, salted caramel chocs and beer. Took Kilda for a short run in the gardens, which turned, into an hour of squirrel chasing. Got everything cleared away by 8pm to sit down to watch Strictly.
