Bouquet of .....

...... Gerberas'
This bouquet is 2weeks old , M & S flowers in water all ready for display. It's given a lot of pleasure and I'm sure it will for quite a while yet.
Up at 6.50am out by 7.55am arrived at the pool at 8.30am traffic mildly heavy.
Then shopping , have got a few gifts for Christmas and birthdays. So that was a positive morning all round. Tho' I've developed a dodgy left leg , only slight pain but just keeps giving way. Don't know what that's all about, just to say a nuisance that could be dangerous !! Hey ho just another bit of " rubbish" to deal with?
Home now put washing in machine and shopping away . Cuppa and lunch together with a sit for a while then I must do some vacuuming . Think that will be ok for today.

Appreciate ...... being able to get a bit of exercise in the pool
