Tracks in the dawn

This is my home town of Strathaven at dawn this morning.

This Blip is my first attempt at long exposure photography and I will strive to improve my technique in subsequent exercises on the subject.
I enjoyed my early morning project very much but you wouldn't believe how long I had to wait for two vehicles going in opposite directions to appear in the shot at the same time - mind you....that's all part and parcel of living in sleepy hollow.

Light trails and tracks in these kind of pictures intrigue me.......a permanent ghostly record of having passed this way.
