Old Boy

I blipped this buck last year (a few times I believe).  He is even larger this year....massive in fact!  He has obviously been scrapping with a few others as his antlers are bloody.  However, I think he won as he had quite the entourage of does with him!

On this day of Remembrance, I leave you with these words I found on a war memorial:

Quietly in the brown earth
Sleep the tired hearts
Who gave life's best
To keep this Canada a land
Of trees, and flowers,
And children's rapturous laughter
