Curls (Day 1649)

The weather today has been horrible. Wind and cold rain all day.
After the morning woofer wander, I zoomed out to Norseman village to install a washing machine, then to Stromness to have a look at a hot water cylinder which isn't working. I will need to go back with a new immersion element once it arrives in Orkney.
I was going to be too early for an appointment with Crispin and Charlotte, so headed to the yard where I knew  my beautiful wife  would be. I was very surprised to see her and Amy getting George and Jeepers ready to go out for a ride. I watched them head off into the grim weather before zooming off to see C&C.
On the way home for lunch, I dropped in to Norseman again, the customer complaining that they had no hot water. It turned out that he had switched off the hot water whilst panicking about the water leaking from his old washing machine, so it was a remarkably easy fix.
After lunch, I zoomed to town hoping to get bits only to find they were out of stock. A quick trip into Tesco then an afternoon of paperwork and making a huge vat of chilli.
Abstract photography of a flower is about as good as I could manage today because of the horrible weather.
