30 Days of Perception - Day 11

Before the mind takes over analyzing and labelling, there is an image without a story.

Going about my day without plans of what I wanted to photograph, I saw this rather abstract mixture (on the upper right) and noticed texture, colour and shapes. It was part of an ongoing process which is not yet finished. I was pleased to notice this at a certain stage of development which hopefully corresponds to my exercise of the day.

Now here's the story!
I have a small Kugelhopf (Bundt) mould and wanted to improve on a recipe I tried out a couple of weeks ago. So I've made a collage with the different stages of this raisin bread made with fresh yeast! You can see the bubbling yeast in the little bowl on the upper left.  It's very light and tasty and made with a farm egg, spelt flour, raisins, almond milk, vanilla and a little butter!

Tonight, there's Parsnip soup, salad and Kugelhopf for supper!
