Cats

Lately I’ve been dreaming about waking up to happily finding a large warm loving dog beside me. Supposedly pleasant dog dreams represent intuition, protection, loyalty, generosity, and fidelity.

For now, these felines on my coffee mug will be the only ones keeping me company this winter.... unless I go to the shelter and bring one home that can actually cuddle and purr. The temptation is growing as winter approaches.

Thinking of those who risked/risk their lives for our safety. Feeling very grateful as I prepare for a peaceful night’s sleep in a warm home. Too many veterans are suffering and homeless. They sacrificed so much for us. They deserve better.
