Northern Cardinal

When we got home last night after the game (our team lost) and we went right to bed  This morning except for some arm discomfort, we are pretty much back to normal.  It was a beautiful day so we got out into the yard for some raking and clean-up and have now settled into watching Sunday football before heading out for dinner with a friend.  

I will be really ticked if I ever get Herpes Zoster now that we have endured this vaccine, but still we feel that there are so many health issues that one cannot control as aging sets in that it is important to at least do the things you can to prevent illness.  36 hours is a small price to pay.
