Thame

We drove to Thame this morning to meet Emma and Andy for lunch; Thame being a handy halfway spot between London and Stratford.  I'd booked a table at the Six Bells pub which was just as well as it was pretty busy in the restaurant. 

We had a good lunch and long catch-up chat before moving on to a new coffee shop in town, Coluco (COffee, LUnch, COoking), where we had a coffee and further chat.

Emma and Andy had to leave soon after and Ann and I went for a little walk.  As it is Remembrance Sunday I wanted to see the local war memorial which stands in the Memorial Gardens of the town.  There were lots of wreaths and a few people came to read the inscriptions whilst we were there.
